UKROP CONFERENCE CENTER
Ukrop Conference Center sits atop the camp at the base of The Cardinal, a mountain that reaches 3,192 feet at its peak.
Ukrop features two meeting areas along with hotel rooms, allowing a convenient one-stop place for conferences and retreats.
30 rooms with double beds and private bathrooms
Two are handicapped rooms.
Two feature a six-person conference table.
Large downstairs lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs perfect for relaxation or casual meeting space
Upstairs meeting space with stage, piano, coffee service, and multimedia capabilities will seat up to 60 people

House of Happiness sits above the field halfway between the Bullard Building (office) and Hunt Hall (dining and auditorium).

cabin village lodging
Our cabins are four rustic buildings each providing four cabin unit areas (16 spaces total) with bunk beds: Viewmont, Baptist, Cedars, & Little CrossRoads
Over 250+ can be housed in the Cabin Village
We offer four cabin meeting lodges adjacent to cabins. Each cabin meeting lodge can hold up to 50 people.
Each cabin building features four separate units with 18 beds, each with Tempurpedic Memory foam mattresses. Each cabin unit has a “counselor room” with a door and storage.
Dorm style bathrooms
The “snail trail” provides a fun and beautiful shortcut between the cabin village and Hunt Hall, passing by our high ropes course on the way.

FOOD SERVICE
Dining at CrossRoads is always full of great food and fellowship. Meals are served in the upstairs at Hunt Hall with a dining capacity of over 200. Our talented staff provides well-balanced meals that appeal to a variety of tastes.
Special meals can be offered at special rates upon request for groups looking for unique dining experiences such as couples and seasonal banquets. Contact us for more information.
Plans to accommodate dietary restrictions can also be arranged in advance.
Snack and coffee service is available for meetings and conferences upon request, some charges may apply.
MEETING SPACES
We offer indoor and outdoor spaces to worship, study, discuss and reflect.
Ukrop Conference Center features an 60-seat conference room, a comfortable lounge, and complimentary coffee and refreshment facilities.
Hunt Auditorium, our largest meeting space, seats 250 and is equipped for multimedia-rich worship services. Three alcoves in the auditorium can be separated to provide an area for breakout sessions or classroom space.
Each of our Cabin Meeting Lodges provide seating for 50 and are conveniently located next to each cabin.
The Hunt Hall and Ukrop Conference Center features complimentary wireless internet for CrossRoads guests to use during their stay.
