Church Group Camp Registration is full for 2023. We’d love to see you at our Classic Camp Weeks or Adventure Days!

This option is for ministries that would like to attend camp together. Each group is responsible for providing adult chaperones to stay in the cabin, share meals, and participate in camp activities with their youth and children. Church groups will enjoy the full CrossRoads summer camp experience delivered in a model designed to strengthen relationships with the friends and mentors that will return home with campers.

Check-in for Church Group Camp begins Monday, June 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Bullard Building (office). Church Leaders should receive an email prior to camp that gives more details, including required forms.

Check-out/Depart is 1:30 p.m. on Friday, June 23.

Schedule

MONDAY

2:00-4:00 pm: Church Group Check-In

Check-in at office: turn in forms, receive housing assignmentsSettle into lodging: complete camper’s choice forms

3:00-4:45 pm: Field Party

Once settled in, join us in the field for music & games in the field (CrossRoads canteen open to purchase snacks as well)

4:45 pm: Gather for Bible study, meet Bible study leaders

5:00 pm: Bible study

6:00 pm: Dinner

7:00 pm: Opening program & worship

8:00 pm:  Scavenger hunt & church group activity (led by CR staff)

9:00 pm: Cabin time/showers

10:30 pm: Camp Quiet Hours

TUESDAY-THURSDAY

8:15 am: Camper Breakfast

9:00 am: Hype rally

9:45 am: Camper’s Choice I

11:00 am: Camper’s Choice II

Camper’s will register for camper’s choice on Monday at arrival. Options include science, high ropes, hike, crafts, sports, climbing wall, archery, theater games, nature skills, field games, bazooka ball, art, etc. Every camper will go to missions during one camper’s choice rotation with their church group.

12:15 pm: Lunch

1:00 pm: Rest time/church group time

2:00 pm: Open camp

Swimming, mission project, giant swing, pamper pole, gaga ball, open gym, card games etc.

4:45 pm: Gather for Bible study

5:00 pm: Bible study

6:00 pm: Dinner

7:00 pm: Worship

7:45 pm: Evening Program

Tuesday: Movie night or Dodgeball
Wednesday: Younger kids Carnival, Older kids Prayer Labyrinth
Thursday: church group time followed by staff talent show

9:00 PM: Cabin time/Showers

10:30 PM: Camp Quiet Hours

FRIDAY

8:15 am: Camper breakfast

9:00 am: Hype rally

9:45 am: Camper’s Choice I

11:00 am: Camper’s Choice II

12:15 pm: Lunch

1:00 pm: Closing program

1:30 pm: Depart for home. See you next year!!!
